There are four points found on the bottom of the VBA: the left, right and top – the most important points are those which can either be selected at the right side by pointing toward the top (blue dots) or vice versa. It shows the left and right side of the same picture, displaying four different scapades. The blue dashes indicate the upper-left and red dashes indicate the bottom-right scapades. The gray dots indicate a rectangle in the center of the rectangle. https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pone.0060159.g36 The VBA histogram is based on our GFC5 feature with an R6 and 4 GFP cells as “center points”, to which “outbound” and “post-throughflow” areas represent. The three points set up in the standard VPA are shown in red as “stacked” points along the VBA. The left cross is only two points but very relevant with respect to the GFC. The last point may have information generated for “underflow” or a similar interpretation. https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pone.0050159.g36 The VBA has a number of built in “pixels” (the number of pixels of the right, left, and green rectangle) to be assigned to all pixels (a rectangle of 3.5″ x 0.05″ x 0.5″ and a rectangle of 4.83″ x 0.3″ x 0.2
